It depends on how much has to change in the services and on when the materials arrive. The quote carries a written timescale with a start date and a handover date.
Only when the WC moves a long way. A wall-hung WC on a concealed frame gives you some room without touching the riser. We tell you at the site visit what is possible without work on shared elements.
You can. Either you choose and we fit, or we go to the suppliers with you. The quote makes clear what is included in materials and what is separate.
A bathroom refit inside your own flat normally does not. If it touches shared risers or the facade, we tell you and handle what is needed.
