Structure and building

What holds the house up: earthworks, demolition, concrete and masonry.

During — excavation and earth moving

This is the part of the job nobody sees once it is finished, and the part that decides everything else. Get the structure right and the finishes last; get it wrong and no finish will save it.

We work to an engineer’s design whenever the job touches structural elements. We do not improvise on columns, beams or load-bearing walls.

What is included

  • Excavation, earth moving and retaining works
  • Controlled demolition with waste removal
  • Reinforced concrete: footings, columns, beams and slabs
  • Structural strengthening and crack treatment
