Before we draw the kitchen we measure what is there and find the gas outlets, the extract and the riser. Most kitchens that do not work well were drawn without looking at those.
We build the units to measure in our own joinery, with worktops in natural stone or compact surface. We fit them ourselves, which avoids the usual argument between whoever made the units and whoever did the building work.
