We work regularly as a subcontractor for other building companies. We come in with our own crew on the trade contracted, we work to the main contractor’s programme, and we report to whoever is nominated.
Our paperwork is in order — employers’ liability insurance, tax and social security clearance, safety records for the crews — and we hand over whatever is required before starting on site.
