The unit was handed over as a shell, with the services exposed. We ran the services, built the ceilings, laid the hydraulic mosaic floor and made the lacquered counter in our own joinery.
The programme was planned backwards from the opening date, with the feature lighting fitted in the last days so it was not exposed during the works.
