A flat with worn-out finishes and walls with loose render. What could not be saved came out, the walls were hacked back to a firm base, and everything was levelled again before any finish.
The ceilings were repaired and the coving remade where it meets the windows. The timber floor was relaid, with the thresholds resolved piece by piece.
