A guarantee is not a line at the bottom of a quote. It is a document saying what is covered, for how long, and what to do when something goes wrong.
Finishes

Painting, plaster, wall and floor finishes, microcement, flooring, joinery and fitting.
Structural work
5 years
Reinforced concrete, strengthening, structural masonry, roofs, waterproofing and services.
What the guarantee covers
Covered
- Defects in the work we carried out
- Materials we supplied that fail within the period
- Leaks in areas we waterproofed
- Cracks in plaster and render we applied
- Connections and terminations on services we installed
Not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third parties or by later work
- Lack of maintenance — silicone and varnish, for instance, which need renewing
- Materials supplied by the client
- Work carried out by other companies
If something goes wrong
Call or write. We come and look, at no cost and without arguing first about whose fault it is. If it is ours, we put it right; if it is not, we tell you what is happening and what it costs to fix.
