Full exterior renovation of a house with annexes. The old walls were demolished and the slope excavated. New brick and block walls and reinforced-concrete retaining walls were then built, along with exterior stairs to the garden and the basement. Drainage went in before any paving, with drain pipes, geotextile, gravel trenches and channels. Concrete paths were then laid on steel mesh, and the job finished with painting the facades and walls, new metal fencing and restoring the arched entrance gate.
